Department development

At Euro RSCG KLP I was responsible for setting up a new Project Manager/Producer Department. I was responsible for recruiting a new team of Producers/Project Managers – writing job descriptions, working with recruitment consultants, reviewing CVs and conducting interviews. Other responsibilities included creating a digital project process to be used for all interactive projects. I also spent time mentoring other PMs and showing them the ropes.
