Sorry to hear that Marina. My experience with their support was generally pretty good - although you do have to pay - as you say, even to report bugs. I hope you get your shop sorted out soon.

Personaly I had a horrific experience with CS Cart Support where they entered my Code without my permission for that particular issue - last time I checked thta is illegal. They now refuse to repair the damage they have caused saying that altough they rolled back the changes my site is heavily customized and I must seek a specialist. Huh? They have left me in the SALE period with my Catologue promotions functionality not working. I still can't quite believe it. They have a custom development department yet they just refuse to do the right thing. I actually have proof to back up my claims, so I will definately not let this rest..It is a well known fact that the Product is just ok, but support is dreadful. You get charged support credit for reporting bugs with their software. I advise people to stay well away from this Russian Company, as if you have an issue with them you will be left high and dry unless you are willing to put in money, energy and time to stand up for your rights. Buy Software in your own Country where you will be better protected and where firms know well enough that as a Consumer you are protected, in which case they will invariably behave in a better manner. What protection do you get when a problem arises with a Russian Company? They are fully aware of this. What riles me most is that they keep it pretty low key that they are Russian, their site is in English only and they even place an American and Engish flag (for effect I presume) on their site for communication. Seems like someone is not very proud to be a Russian Software Company. I wonder why?

It's really interesting to read a review from developer ) Hope CS-Cart will consider such type of opinions.
The main thing I liked about this article - the pictures of the store you made are just gorgeous!!! Not because of the girl in the lingerie - you made really great work.

That's true - this won't work on iPhone/iPad. It's a shame you can't get Flash on those devices but maybe it's pushing us all in a better direction anyway? Will be interesting to see what people do with high res images in HTML5.

By the way, congrats on being the first commenter on this site! :)

Too bad Apple will never have FLASH on their iPad, iPhone, etc. Maybe there will be a way to do it in HTML5?
